bought the house in 2000 and immediately moved in. All the renovation
works had to take place while inhabiting it. We executed most of the works ourselves. The interior spaces where sufficiently large. The house had a simple and functional lay-out and the budget could not demand for “grand interventions”. Being an 80-year old house, it did need total new finishing-works and installations. Besides that, small changes where made: only the kitchen needed a total reformation. The house was entirely restyled into a consistent entity. |
