| Project: | Renovation of a single-family
dwelling. The design concept is of Jan Vastesaegher, architect. Finalising the project and execution drawings, details and follow-up of the execution were done by EL arch. The loft was bought as a "casco"-project by the clients. The entire interior arrangement needed to be done, including all techniques and installations. We tried to maximalise the use of space (mezzanine on top of bathroom), maintaining the "loft"-look and keeping an "open space". Rounded corners "soften" the volumes. |
